How do I place an order?
When placing an order, follow the provided instructions
Sometimes, a product might be out-of-stock even though it has been visible in the web store. In these cases we will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform about the situation. We then will either refund the purchase or offer an alternative product.
We reserve the right of not accepting an order if we suspect a high risk of fraud. In these cases, the order will be refunded.
Narcis'sips is not responsible for delay of delivery if caused by a reason outside our influence.

As payment gateway for international orders, our main provider is PayPal.

For Irish citizens, Revolut Customers can send payments using our mobile number which can be arranged on checkout or by email. We believe this provides many customers with a safe, transparent and simplified method of ensuring payment.
I placed an order. How do I know that it went through?
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. If you do not receive an email within a 15 minutes, please contact our customer support at or through Instagram.
I have now waited for my order for 30 minutes. How much more should I expect to wait?
For in-stock products, the expected delivery time is about 3-5 working days. We try to ship ordered products as soon as possible.
I received my product, but it wasn't quite what I expected. Am I allowed to return it?
We believe that you will be happy with our products. However, sometimes the product might not live up to the customer's expectations. Therefore we have our 100% Happiness Guarantee, which gives you a right to return the product within 30 days after you received it.
