Can I purchase your stunning products?
Of course, if you are more than 18 years of age and do not intend to use our products to illegal purposes. If you are under 18, please ask a permission from your parents before making payment.
By placing an order through this site we have accepted that you have read our terms and conditions and you will follow them.
How do I place an order?
When placing an order, follow the provided instructions by entering the quick menu or shop now menu on our homepage.
How should I pay the order?
As payment gateway for international orders, our main provider is PayPal.
You can find more information about PayPal on their website: www.paypal.com. We also process payment via Bank Transfer using standard BIC and IBAN which is provided at the checkout page.
For Irish citizens, Revolut Customers can send payments using our mobile number which can be arranged on checkout or by email. We believe this provides many customers with a safe, transparent and simplified method of ensuring payment.
I placed an order. How do I know that it went through?
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. If you do not receive an email within a 15 minutes, please contact our customer support team at or through Instagram.
How long do deliveries take?
For in-stock products, the expected delivery time is about 3-5 working days maximum. We try to ship ordered products within one day.
Narcis'sips is not responsible for delay of delivery caused by a reasons outside of our own influence due to pandemics or postal service provider issues however we will be in constant with our customers to ensure successful delivery or replacement.
I received my product, but it wasn't quite what I expected. Am I allowed to return it?
We are extremely confident in our products & believe you will be thrilled with your purchase.
However, if our Narcissips bottle does not live up to your expectations, we have a 100% Happiness Guarantee, which gives you a right to return the product within 30 days after you received it or request replacement free of charge.
To return your product:
Please contact first our customer service at and tell us why you want to return your product. After this, we will provide you with extra information as soon as possible and even pay for the return if you would like to do so.
When will I get my hard-earned money back?
We know everyone works hard for their cents these days and will issues repayment once the request is received.
