The myth of Icarus tells a story of the responsibility of possessing great power. This tale concerns a master craftsman who constructed wings for his son to escape the darkness of prison on the island of Crete.

Icarus, the son, having received the blessing of freedom and light was warned by his father to take care, as with all gifts - come great responsibility. His warning was to “neither fly to high, nor too low so the golden sun wouldn’t melt the wings, nor would the sea clog them. Icarus, being boyish & immature didn’t listen and soared aimlessly towards his own demise. A lesson for all!
